Grooming Packages

We have a modern, professional, high quality salon and properly trained staff members. We use unique equipment and skills that you won't find anywhere else in Evansville. Ask for a tour!

 

From nail trims & minimum hair cuts, to complete grooming packages-flea and tick products, or nutrition, treats and specialty items, your pet will go home looking great as well as feeling great! Our dog grooming services are available by appointment Tuesday-Saturday. We are closed Sundays and Mondays. Grooming Package Includes:

  • Deep Cleansing Bath using our special, Jet Spa Tub System Your pet will be cleaner and more relaxed than traditional "hand scubbing" type bathing. It helps with dry skin, removing fleas and adding luster to the coat. It is great for dogs with hip and joint problems. Our bathing process includes a special, blueberry/vanilla facial for tear stains
  • Ears Cleaned (and hair is plucked, if pet will allow the process)
  • Blow Dry/Comb Out
  • Full Body Hair Cut plus a “Sanitary Trim” & Hair Removal from foot pads
  • Nails Trimmed
  • Long Lasting, Pleasant Smelling Fur Freshener and Conditioning Treatment Spray

Unlike other grooming shops, Li'l Doggy Salon limits the number of dogs we service each day so that we can truly specialize the groom for each dog-not just shave the dog to the skin and call it a groom! An in-depth interview will allow us to provide the right services & products for your pet. Our salon grooms "green" and is environmentally friendly. We don't use toxic chemicals, tranquilizers or accept pets that have been sedated. Our emphasis is on the health, safety & comfort of your pet. Additionally, most pets are finished and ready to go home in a shorter period of time than other grooming places in town. We even offer doggy day care services. Appointments are required for full service grooming. We recommend calling for appointments about 1 week in advance during regular season and at least 2 weeks in advance during the Holiday Season. We are open Tuesday through Saturday. Closed on Sundays and Mondays. We don't smoke and our salon never has a strong, doggy odor! We pride ourselves on a clean salon, a clean, well groomed dog and a happy customer!

Lap Dogs: under 19 LBS Could include: Chi’s, Shih Tzu, Yorkie, Maltese Short-Legged Terrier, Poms, Min Schnauzer

Not Quite A Lap Dog: 20 LBS – 39 LBS Could include: Bichon Frise, Engl. Cocker, Am. Cocker, Cockapoo, Long-Legged Terrier, Standard Schnauzer, Sheltie

Middle Weights: 40 LBS – 65 LBS Could include: Setters, Collie, Spaniels

Heavy Weights With Little Hair: (No Hair Cut required) Could include: Labrador, Boxer, Rottweiler, Dalmatian

Extra Heavy Weights: (lots of long hair involving extended time) *Extra charge for heavily tangled hair that takes longer than 15 minutes to remove (any category)

We reserve the right to decline any services to aggressive, unruly pets or if the animal is deemed, in our opinion, to be in extremely poor condition that would require medical attention prior to a grooming session. Vaccinations are needed prior to entering our salon. We keep a record of all current Rabies Certificates, so please bring your pet's in with you at the appt. time or have your veterinarian send us a fax.
